Very loud renovations going on from 8:00 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. without warning or compensation to guests. Total lack of consideration on the part of the management.

The hotel is still under construction so most of the amenities were not open. No microwave or hair dryer in room like most hotels we have stayed in and you have to pay $55 a day for valet which was a little more than the public parking but it was worth it to us to have our vehicle in a safe location and it was always ready for us when we needed it. Plus with all the shopping around we walked mostly so it was just worth it to us. Now the price was a little less than some places so I think they were making up for some of the construction and inconvenience there. Overall, everyone was super nice and the location was amazing. Views aren’t the great in a lot of the rooms but great for people watching.

I got a double queen ocean view room in witch the beds were both fulls. I’m just under 6ft and my feet hung off the end of the bed. The water pressure in the beautiful bathroom and shower should definitely be addressed for how low it is. Also the fact that they charge a fee for amenities that is not included in the price of the room when reserving and it’s for what I was told the Wi-Fi pool access, which is under renovation atm, the water stations an ice machines. The hotel is very nice and it’s price reflects that. That being said, I won’t be returning for a second visit.

Beautiful property and nice rooms. Steps away from the Santa Monica Pier and local restaurants and bars. The fitness center and restaurant are currently closed for renovation. I’ve stayed twice in the past month. Everything is great except the WiFi can be spotty.

My room didn’t have air conditioning and the hotel was booked they offered me a room on a different floor a day later after all our stuff was unpacked

When we pulled up the Valet was very helpful. Staff was wonderful! Rooms look great and extremely clean. My dislike is the door entry to the restroom being so small I ran into the doorknob twice causing my skin to come off and it bruised. Need to make the entry door to the bathroom wider. Overall, I had a great experience.
