This hotel wasnt worth the money. First, house keeping forgot to clean our room. After telling them they showed up when were showering to go out for the evening. Second, the air conditioner has movement sensors. Shuts off when no movement. During sleep there is no movement thus no air conditioner running….very hot during the night. Third, the refrigerator at night was very noisy, at least that is where we think the noise was coming from. Not worth the price tag.

The absolute worst vacation stay experience we have ever had. Terrible staff and none of our VIP amenities were honored. Have been waiting on a manager to call for over 4 hours now. 10/10 do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Rooms are tiny but the hidden extra fees are astronomical. Never have I paid $2,000 to stay somewhere and then been charged an additional $300 in just parking fees alone for 2 days. Completely unsatisfied.

As a woman traveling on her own, this couldn’t have been a better location & property. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is so close to everything- the pier, the highway, the beach, restaurants, etc. It is in the thick of tourist traffic, but being alone it actually worked to my advantage. I felt completely safe walking around even at night. And the hotel staff alone- their awareness and friendliness also made me feel safe and right at home. I really can not express how much I loved their staff! The decor is great, bed is comfortable. It’s seriously a great spot!

Sad to say Santa Monica feels scary, it’s disgusting and dirty- homeless everywhere. The US is sad… don’t stay in Santa Monica. Far nicer beaches in the US. The hotel is also located over a major street. Very loud at night. The Expedia hotel offer comes with two continental breakfast/ never go it- and then got charged $250 usd upon check out of fees not mentioned in the description. Parking is $65 USD. The building seems old and tired- not new at all.

I loved the location near all the shopping on 3rd Street Promenade and just a short walk to the Pier. The restaurant was really good as well. One downside is the pool closed fairly early. You are paying for location vs fancy hotel. But overall a good stay.
