Front clerk was very professional and very nice and helpful. I was in town for medical reasons and plan on coming back to stay at this hotel when I need to come back for treatment, I was very comfortable and everything was very clean. The pool and jacuzzi was very clean, I give this hotel 5 stars and 10/10 rating.

The room was really comfortable. I was surprised how quiet everything in the was. Usually something is annoyingly loud, like the fan in the bathroom, the AC or the bathroom door squeaks. All super quiet.

Public parking right next to the hotel 7$/day. Don’t pay full price with the hotel. No pressure in the shower but everything else was OK! Under 15min walk to Venice Beach. No breakfast but there are restaurants around.

The property was very well maintained. The staff was amazing! Kat at the front desk from the very get go helped me in every way possible! From directing me to my room, to grabbing me a cart to make my life easier, and overall just having a genuine interest in conversation. Rita in the dining hall had an amazing and welcoming personality as well. Very swift about taking my orders, and made me feel like I was at home!
