The room was not ready and waited over an hour. The roof top was advertised but only available for a fee. The reason we got the suite at that hotel is to have access to rooftop for 4th of July fireworks, but there is a charge of 120 per person with food of course. The discount of 17 per room was not applied in the bill. Not worth the money.

The quality is consistently good, the rooms are nice and comfortable, and the view is fantastic, but they've outsourced the valet service to a private company, and the daily fee of 78 USD is excessive. If you don't use the valet service, they won't let you into the hotel's car park either; they tell you to go to the public car park by the beach, which is unacceptable.
