This place has terrible reviews, but I gave them a chance and was pleasantly surprised to find that the rooms have been updated. The best thing though is how personable the gentleman is a the front desk. I have experienced many crude host and it never makes my stay pleasant so when I come across a decent and caring person, it is appreciated. I will definitely visit travelodge in Pomona again.

It was a cheap and easy one night stay at a motel when we were in town for a festival. Could it be cleaner, sure! Could it be dirtier... absolutely. The bed was uncomfortable, but the toilet and shower were clean. They let us check in early and parking was free. Solid experience for a very basic stay.

The towels and sheets were stained. I found garbage on the couch under the throw cushion, and there was black hair on the walls of the shower and stains on the floor and doors. The hotel only provided a sheet, a thin bedspread, and two towels. I was very cold at night due to lack of bedding. The room did not have a deadbolt, and I did not feel safe. The freeway noise was thunderous. Definitely not worth the price.

First of all there's a lot of prostitutes and drug dealers staying at this motel they're up all night the managers are rude and very difficult to work with the new rooms are decent but they need to get new employees at this site and management because this hotel is a definite no no I would never ever stay there again

I want to first say, the guy at the front desk was very kind! The rooms had zero trash cans, there were dried bugars on the shower curtain, there was a small smear of what appeared to be blood on the wall. The amount of tweaker at the hotel was crazy. We did not get a good nights rest due to everyone being so loud. We talked to another guest that was staying there for a cheer comp and they too had an issue with drug addicts being loud and coming and going. Definitely not worth paying 147.00 to stay there. This could be a nice hotel if they cleared out the drug addicts. Again the guy at the front desk had wonderful customer service and was quick to get us in the room but the stay itself was horrible.

Bare Basics

It was an impromtu mini trip to LA area, i made the reservation around 11p and finally got to the motel around 2a. I had paid for the room in full and had all documents yet the front desk said they had cancelled the reservation as a no show and at first kinda gave me the "well, sorry..." kinda attitude. A manager finally settled the issue. I was just semi tossed a room card with no envelope containing room number or wifi password just told me the rm number. Got to my room, they didnt issue me a remote and only one towel, no wash clothes or face towels or bath mat, just a towel. When i called the desk for the wifi, they hung up on me. After i went back to the front desk and got my remote and wifi password returned to the room to realize the temperature was not coming down in the room, the AC was broken. At that point i only had 7 hours to checkout and i was just over it so sweated myself to sleep. Bed was comfortable, room was newly remodeled (not the AC) and the bedding and my towel were very clean.

First thing we saw that there were broken windows on the second floor. Then we saw signs that they were doing construction. We tried to accept that we were in a transfer or improvement. From the street view it seemed well kept and newly painted. Yet, when we entered the back it felt run down with broken down cars in the parking and a dirty pool. Our room was on the first floor and the door was spray painted while on its hinges which left marks on the wall behind it. There was hair on the floor and quite a few spots of sticky residue. The beds were well made, but there were not towels in the room. We did not turn on the air-conditioned because cigarettes butts were sticking out from under the vent. The laundry room was next door and was extremly loud all night but so was the freeway that was noticable only after we checked in. The mounted TV on the wall was capable of only 3 channels and extremly blurry. I have a feeling this was there nicest room, but it was not what a No one was present at check in or check out we had to ring for service. The

Property looked newly remodeled, room was exceptionally clean. You can hear your neighbor sometimes. There are some sketchy people in the area, however, I kept to myself so no real issues there. Would stay here again if I had to.
