Room was in great condition. Most staff were very pleasant. Less if really busy at the desk. Parking fee was a surprise and very expensive. I was disappointed in that aspect along with a resort fee.

Beautiful hotel and location. I was not pleased with the $49 parking fee and $30 charge for a roll away bed. Since when do you charge for that? Everything else was great.

We needed to be close to my surgeon, as I just had surgery and needed to recuperate. Residence Inn was great because the room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. The only thing that would be better is if they had a washer dryer in the unit. Staff was extremely attentive and polite. WE needed to be in the room most of the time, but if we were going to go out for an hour and asked the room to be cleaned then, they were on it. A/C broke down and they fixed it immediately. Nice kitchen, very usable with plenty of pots, pans, knives, forks, plates, glasses,etc. Overall, very happy with our stay and would come back.

I love Residence Inn, and I look for it every time I travel. Pros: This one in particular had great views of the marina, comfortable, clean, spacious rooms, and nice, helpful staff. I was travelling for business so it was nice to have a good desk space and comfortable chair. Cons: Valet parking is mandatory, and pretty expensive. Also there was an "accidental" fire alarm at 6:30 AM on a Saturday that was not fun to wake up to. Overall a great stay.

Residence Inn Marna del Rey is a good clean property, rooms are modern and nice. It’s not a cosy place, it has a business vibe to it. Very nice location right on the marina with very good access to a walking path around the marina to walk and look at the amazingly expensive boats there.

My wife and I tested positive for COVID-19 the day of our reservation. We immediately did the responsible thing and called to try to reschedule our reservation for a different day. The hotel would not consider this and would not even issue a partial credit. This kind of policy is very poor customer service and encourages people to still use their reservations in cases like this, exposing others to the virus .

The room I booked was studio , 1king bed, non smoking , Terrace through Expedia obviously. The description indicated marina view (which was my intention in booking to view the NYE 2024 fireworks), however , my view was the building next door which seemed to be a condo or apartments. The front desk manager apologized and told me that she would let Expedia know. This was not a cheap room , which I didn’t mind because I wanted my wife and son to enjoy the marina view . Total fail. I hope Expedia dfixss this and compensates me for this extreme fail.
