Family-friendly Cabo San Lucas resort in Marina, walk to Medano Beach

Stay at Marina Fiesta Resort & Spa located right on the marina and next door to the Puerto Paraiso Mall in Cabo San Lucas for the Christmas Holidays from Dec. 27- Jan.3, 2022. We have a 1 bedroom fully furnished studio that sleeps 2 adults and 2 children. The exact location and configuration of the beds will not be known until check-in. They will have as a minimum 1 queen bed and sleeper sofa, but I can request 2 queen beds. This is our own timeshare unit which we can't use ourselves this year. We have another Christmas week unit from Dec. 20-27, 2021 for rent and you can rent both if you want (see listing 787134) to stay 2 weeks. We will provide a discount on renting both units. We will consider renting for less than 7 days if you can’t use the full week.

Air-conditioned accommodations at this resort offer safes and coffee/tea makers. Rooms open to balconies. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils.

Bathrooms include showers and hair dryers. This Cabo San Lucas resort provides complimentary wireless Internet access. Housekeeping is provided on a limited basis.

An outdoor pool and a spa tub are on site. Other recreational amenities include a fitness center.
