"The pool was not crowded and noisy. The food was very good. Note that their restaurants are not buffet style as in other inclusive resort. Food portions are ample for someone small. If you want more, you can just order as many plates as you want. Only slight issue I saw was staffing was light so there were gaps where you needed to try a waiter."

"The property was great. The pools were huge with a large area for swim up bars and there was not a long wait for drinks at all. The staff was helpful, kind, and attentive. The food was great at the restaurants too. The only negatives I would say are that there is no option for room service from the restaurants at all so if you want a late night snack you have to anticipate it. The other negative I would say is that the resort credit was misleading. I thought my husband and I had $730 credit for services but you only got them as partial credits on services. ($10 off here or $15 off there) You weren’t able to combine which was frustrating so we didn’t use them at all. I think I would go back and stay with our family too. It was very family friendly but also had options for adults to do things separately as well "

We keep coming back to Sandos because of Norma's beautiful energy and smile, and Joel's hospitality and friendliness can't be beat! They are always working HARD and ALWAYS smiling!!
