The buffet food was the best of anywhere I’ve stayed before, but they could do with some more toasting machines at breakfast !….the only small criticism is the towels need replacing and the food at the pool bar was mediocre. "I was very disappointed with this property. It does not feel like a hotel at all, and unfortunately I cannot recommend it. The main issue is the staff. In particular, the evening service staff were quite unpleasant. There was one lady, with dark red hair and glasses, who was especially rude and unprofessional. Overall, I did not find the staff friendly or welcoming, which really affected our experience. The only positive mention goes to Alexandra at reception, who was absolutely lovely and very helpful — I truly recommend her. However, apart from that, the rest of the staff left a lot to be desired. For this reason, I do not recommend this place at all."
