“We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Riu Palace Maspalomas. The location is fantastic—just minutes from the beautiful Maspalomas Dunes. From our room we had a gorgeous view overlooking the pool, the green palm trees, the sweeping sand dunes and the sea in the distance. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. All the staff were lovely and polite, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The RIU Party on Friday was definitely the highlight—so much fun and absolutely not to……

Reception staff displayed a total lack of communication with me and failed in their duties to a guest. After my eleven day stay I had no apologies, no offer of a replacement room or any kind of……

“Good balcony overlooking pool and part ocean view. Very relaxed elegant resort hotel and top notch buffet breakfast. Only suggestion is that smoking in rooms and balconies or pool areas should be banned. Our room filled with tobacco smoke and loud talker at 3 am from insomniac next to us. ”
