We first visited Playa Negra in 1999. We are so pleased to say that nothing has changed! We love the rustic feel of the Round thatched roof cabins and how close they are to the beach. The rooms while simple and rustic were maculate and the linens crispy and fresh. We heart Playa Negra hotel! Thanks for keeping Playa Negra the same.

"Beautiful vacation spot. Fun! Friendly staff. Nice grounds. Nice rooms. Concierge very helpful (24hrs). Room service any time of day or night. Snacks in room. Water bottles in room. My husband and I both got sick (food/water). They will say the water is filtered, but somehow we still got sick."
