Centralized location, minutes away from downtown, airport or train and metro stations. Quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. "We overslept after a terrible night and woke up at 11:30 AM, just 30 minutes before the noon checkout time. We called the front desk, explained the situation, and politely asked for an extra 15–20 minutes to get ready and leave. The young woman at the front desk flatly refused and insisted there was no way she could accommodate us. We understand that hotels have checkout policies, but this was a small request. The complete lack of flexibility and empathy was disappointing. That is not how guests should be treated."

"We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was easy to get to and navigate from. It's very close to bus stops and the front desk staff told us which buses to take to the city center and to the train station. We didn't dine in the hotel but it's walking distance to restaraunts and small markets. The room was very comfortable, with good beds, good shower pressure, and a comfortable couch. I also enjoyed the pool. No complaints."

"Lovely property tucked away in Carmona. Everything in the town is nearby and the house isn't on a car accessible road so it is very quiet. Good sized room with nice ensuite, very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast make this an amazing hideaway in a fantastic town."
