Tell the customer on the moment they book, they need to reach out to the hostel 1st for check in, which is same owner and are in the same building on the 3rd floor. That's who I buzzed to let me in. “It is a low profile boutique type of accommodation. Secluded and almost hidden but centrally located. Very comfortable quiet and peaceful. The top floor restaurant is elegant and offers an excellent semi buffet breakfast with an a la carte menu of warm dishes. ”
