“This property was perfect for my visit to Dayton. Its less than 10 min from the AF museum, there is a wonderful day park less than a mile up the road my dogs loved! And the apartment was the perfect size for a couple traveling with pets. The host was amazing in keeping me updated on weather emergencies and contingencies in case the weather got worse (ie. Tornado shelter areas). Highly recommend this property.”

“The rental was not without merit but for every positive there was a dissapointment. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak.……

“Owners are very good about communication. We had an unexpected issue we had to alert them about and they were very prompt with communication. The place is very nice, not too big and not too small. Perfect for a few people, especially if you'll be spending lots of time out of the house during the day. Enough room to enjoy comfortably, but not too much where it's excessive. We love the basement area. We booked this house last year and decided to go back again this year and we're glad we did!”

“Would give 0 stars if possible. Arrived at location (after check in time) to find front door open and residence occupied and obviously not in any condition for us to stay in. No response to our knocking or announcing our presence. Host communication was terrible. Area around location somewhat questionable, but not as concerning as the accommodations. Had the stress of locating (and paying for) a hotel with an opening (UD parents weekend). Was waiting to do review to see if we could arrive……
