“This property was perfect for my visit to Dayton. Its less than 10 min from the AF museum, there is a wonderful day park less than a mile up the road my dogs loved! And the apartment was the perfect size for a couple traveling with pets. The host was amazing in keeping me updated on weather emergencies and contingencies in case the weather got worse (ie. Tornado shelter areas). Highly recommend this property.”

Unit is old, poorly renovated and bare bones furnishings. We quickly discovered the place had not been cleaned since the last occupancy … dusty furniture, stagnant water in the bathroom sink which had an inoperable drain, and dirty sheets on the bed with undeniable evidence too gross to mention. There was also a very noticeable stench of marijuana……
