“This apartment was perfect for our graduation weekend at Univ of Dayton. Perfect space for 2 of us. Aparrment was very clean, bed and linens were comfortable. Host was very responsive to the few questions or hurdles we had. One recommendation we would offer is a couple fans as air movement was lacking. Once we fixed that, it was a 5 star stay. Would def stay again. Location was fantastic for coffee shop, bars and restaurants. Very quiet for being so close to tge activity up the street Adorable……

And the apartment was the perfect size for a couple traveling with pets. The host was amazing in keeping me updated on weather emergencies and contingencies in case the weather got worse (ie. Tornado shelter areas). Highly recommend this property.”
