“The house was beautiful and very well appointed, it worked out great for us as we came in for the weekend for the OSU game. The communication was beyond superb from the owner, we received check-in information a full day before which made us feel at ease. We also loved the fact that the house had a 2 car garage, we parked the cars and took an Uber everywhere we went. I do not know why more people don’t use VRBO more especially for a group of more than 4 and during events when all the hotels are……

“The property is a duplex, we got both sides. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Upon arriving, the yard had a lot of litter/trash. I picked a lot of it up and threw it away. There was also a swept pile of construction debris right outside the back door. Inside, the kitchens are updated and nice. However, there was no garbage can in the one kitchen. We did see a lot of dust in the house. Also, bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Shampoo and body wash containers in the bathroom were empty.……

“The unit is clean, warm and welcoming. The kitchen is a nice size, and stocked w/basic utensils so we could buy groceries and cook. Check-in/ check-out was smooth. The one thing that takes away from the experience is thin blinds that let in street and hallway lights, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. ”

“We were coming to Columbus for a concert at the Schott. This apartment fit our needs perfectly! Check in was a breeze and our host’s response time to a basic question about parking was fast! It was clean and the location could not have been any better! So close to a huge array of restaurants, bars and coffee shops! Super quick walk to the arena in a great area that felt very safe. The best part were the beds! So comfy! Will definitely book again! ”

“Property is beautiful. Doors needed some work for closing and staying closed. There was a beautiful big park for walking and downtown was less than a 10 minutes walk. ”

“This property is ideal for our purpose of visiting family and friends in. Columbus. Ideally located, great facilities, rooms are clean and comfortable. We have stayed here several times in the past and will continue in the future.On a separate note the check in process this time was unacceptable. The lock box to our property was jammed and would not open. It took numerous calls and a significant amount of time to resolve the issue. Once resolved the lock box that we were changed to did not have……
