Unit has excellent appliances, comfortable furniture, and all of the household items needed for a good vacation. The Venture Out resort itself has a range of nice amenities and I like the 24 hour security and restricted access. Property rules are reasonable and easy to abide by. The bonus equipment like bikes, hammock, grill, and kayaks are very much appreciated. Watching the sun rise from the deck is one of my favorite views. "
