Staff were nice and helpful. Expedia didn’t put in the notes what I paid for, but this hotel did what was right and gave us the ocean view suite like I paid for.

We loved staying here and highly recommended it. Only thing that people might not like is the solo musicians play till 11pm every night. We didn’t mind it since we are not early birds.

Key west is a vibe! My teenagers had a blast. No complaints. A lot of elders which is fine. I do have teens and they seems less than pleased while at he pool. We didn’t care though! We will be back, can not beat the location .
