"Absolutely beautiful property. The pools-grounds are beautifully maintained. The restaurant was very nice and the food was great. The restaurant staff were very helpful and accomadating with helping me surprise my nieve for her birthday. I brought in a cake from another bakwry and they stored and served it for me, which was awesome. Only problem i had was that out of 3 full days there- my room was only cleaned on the 1st day, which was disappointing. Otherwise, everything was fantastic!"

"Easy access to beach. Shuttle into town was great, and necessary. Concierge was excellent with helping us find great excursions. Front desk was super helpful. Watch out for hidden resort fees. Coffee in the morning, water and snacks in the afternoon are provided in the lobby for guests, but they run out fast because people take more than their fair share. "

"The hotel was very modern and clean . The check in staff was wonderful and the pool was great. However, rooms were not cleaned until late afternoon and the body wash and shampoo in the shower were empty all week despite asking to be filled. Other than that everything was great. Shuttle drivers were excellent."

"Nice tiki bar at the pool. The only negative was the staff at the breakfast bar completely ignored me. I was the only person there and they were too busy making coffee and doing busy work. The bartender at the tiki bar was great, suggested a restaurant which was really awesome, and he had a wealth of information about the area. His tip on the best time to go to the market for southernmost point was spot on and I didn't have to wait in a long line for photo op. "

"The Hyatt Centric Key West is a great place to stay, most of all due to its location. The staff were accommodating and housekeeping was top notch. The bar area is under repair but they do have a temporary bar setup which is limited. Was told a couple weeks before repairs are finished. Rooms were nice and pool area, while small but standard for Key West, was a great place to beat the July heat. Clean Property

"Pro: Very clean property (same as pictures). Super fast response. Provide a welcome key lime pie. Cons: No elevator. Notes: 1. Beach supplies, paper towel, cooler, etc are located in the downstair room. We did not know until the last minute of our stay 2. Kayaks are heavy. My husband and me can not lift it up. 3. This is not a hotel. You are required to clean all dirty dishes, wash and put beach towels back to the basket, remove all trash from the unit and place in the trash can downstair, etc before you leave."

Perfect Family Stay

"Nice & quiet, has small convenience store, love the 9ft swimming pool and large/spacious pool area, bikes for 4 kids and 2 adults (other toys, too), enough space for our needs and all the necessities of home -especially the washer/dryer. Perfect distance to Key West, too."
