We loved morning coffee on the balcony and the fabulous whirlpool tub for relaxing. We rented this home for a family vacation and were approved for an early 2:30 p.m. check-in.Upon arrival, the outdoor area was in a state of untidy and dirty neglect: dirty and broken patio furniture, a non-functioning grill, two broken pool filters, broken pool ladder, and a large pile of discarded inflatables under the pool deck.
