Checking in was easy and staff were accommodating. Our room was big with big balcony facing the pool though we are on the upper level which is nice. Outlets were abundant. Location was great, not too far from the train station but not near on busy area.

Wonderful, family-friendly hospitality in an ideal location We had a great stay and would gladly return. Location & Arrival The location is fantastic and very easy to get to, making travel straightforward and stress-free. Staff & Service The standout aspect of our stay was the staff. They were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated, especially while traveling with young children. Room & Amenities We booked a spacious room to fit our family. While the room felt a bit older in design, it was spotless, well-maintained, and perfectly suited all of our needs. Final Verdict: A warm, comfortable, and family-friendly hotel. Highly recommended!

Very good location to site see. Rooms are very small even by European standards. Our 5th floor room had rafters that you had to be aware of and you had to crawl over a person to get in bed. The staff was excellent in every way, from where to eat to luggage storage.

We loved the area the hotel was in. It was so close to the river and so many beautiful buildings and amazing restaurants and cafes. The pool was also a highlight, very clean and well maintained. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we especially loved the window seats and double windows!

We had a double with a wonderful terrace. The pool looked great, although we didn’t swim. The hotel’s location is perfect, in the middle of Lucerne’s old town. Rooms were very quiet.

Great property just 5 min walk away from shopping and main dinning area but still in a very quiet zone. Property had pool and outside sit down area which is very nice. One of the rare property in Swiss which provided both AC ( small but working ), fan and elevator. Rooms are on the small side specially of travelling with kids but were ok for shorter stay.

Basletor Hotel review

the staff was extremely helpful and the location was perfect just one block off of the river.The coffee house across the street was perfect and the Restaraunts in the area were great.We attended a Mass/Concert ath the church just a block away and were hyelped by the desk staff to find out various details. Overall I would recomend this hotel to anyuone..
