“Good aged property, but well maintained. ”

“There are so many points that I would not recommend this property at all. First of all the location on Expedia is not correct and the property is located in a really remote area. Nothing in the neighbourhood! No restaurants at all. The only positive point was a local grocery store which was giving you the regular prices without scamming you as a tourist. But please keep in mind, if you don’t have a car, you can’t even go to the store after the dark as the area is populated with many dogs.……

“We had a wonderful stay at this gem of a hotel in Luxor, run by the warm and welcoming Mohammed. The highlight has to be the rooftop lounge — the views overlooking the Valley of the Kings are simply breathtaking, especially at sunset. The food was delicious, with a great selection that kept us coming back for every meal. The staff were genuinely lovely — friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with tips for exploring the area. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, each with a……

“The room was nice and bathroom was nice and clean, my problems were that the WiFi didn't work throughout my stay and due to my phone data not working, was unable to use my phone for anything my entire stay. I was also charged for the drinks in the rooms fridge which originally I was told I was allowed to have. I was also charged for grease/sweat stains on my pillow which is inevitable in a hot country. Won’t be staying again considering I wasn’t even compensated for the lack of WiFi. ”

“The location is great, just two minutes from the Luxor temple. Unfortunately, the room I got was dirty, below the bed was so much dust that I couldn't breathe properly. The soap dispenser are broken. My room was next to café/ bar where people talk until 3 AM, very noise, I had a hard time sleeping. The staff was ok.”
