“The hotel was an absolute pleasure to stay in. Waking up to watch the beautiful hot air balloons, from the roof or balcony is breathtaking. My room was spacious well equipped and very clean. The whole hotel throughout is well maintained, including the swimming pool and communal areas. Egypt is such a dry country, but I can physically say I watched the hotel staff constantly cleaning maintain the standards of the hotel. “This is a hotel with a good location but average facilities. We booked 2 rooms of 30 square meters, but the size difference was obvious. There was no bathtub as marked. We suspected that the room was downgraded. We booked a view of the Nile River, but it was only a side view, which was very average. And the sunshine time was very short. At night, there was a lot of noise from motorcycles and cars around, and the windows were not soundproof at all.”

“We stayed in a family suite and were very pleased with how clean and spacious it was. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, which made the stay much more comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, so we had no trouble sleeping. The location is very close to the west bank ferry pier, which made catching the ferry super convenient. Breakfast was okay. Nothing fancy, but it did the job. One thing to note: there's no microwave in the suite. Instead, there's a gas stove connected to a gas tank,……

Good view from terrace restaurant. But can be much better in terms of facilities provided. I did not get river view room despite specifically booking one for extra.
