“Listing description and pictures were misrepresentative of actual property. Front porch screen door would not lock, hole in wall and ceiling with exposed wires. There was a 3rd bedroom on the second floor which was key locked from the inside which made us uncomfortable, as we were traveling with small children. We chose not to stay at all. We walked in and walked out. We did communicate our concerns to the host who, up to that point, was very responsive but once concerns were conveyed did not……

“I booked this property for an after Christmas get away; two families each with two grown children. From the beginning, communication with the owners was prompt and friendly. The cabin was clean, filled with everything we needed and was even decorated for Christmas, which is exactly what we wanted. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out including a basement with a ping pong table and basketball game. The huge island in the kitchen was perfect for dinners and games and the 7 person hot……
