This is a solid property that is in a safe and fun part of town. It is walking distance to the museum. The staff is super friendly, courteous, and knowledgable.

A hotel that needs renovation

If you book this hotel, you must know, that the rooms are very small, the hotel is old and noicy. We had a lot of wind outside and windows and doors were making notice. The service and the cleaning was good and the hotel is close to Lyon center....

Good end results!

When I arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the front desk. I rang the bell and waited a long time. After ringing many times, an attendant came to the desk (about 30 minutes later). He seemed unprepared for me, and left to find a room. After 15 minutes and me ringing the bell several times again, he came back. He was very nice, appologetic, and assigned a "room with a view". This was on the 4th floor with no elevator. The room's window openned to the view of a wall, and it was extremely hot with no air-conditioning. I went down stairs to request a refund. The attendant said he'd reassign me to the best room. This was on the 5rh floor, and it really was nice. The window opened to a balcony with a view over looking the city. It had a fan and the room cooled off quickly. Even though the service was slow, at first, the end results were a comfortable clean room located close to transportation and a 15 minute walk to Parc de la Tete d'Or. I would stay in that room again. The value for the room was also good.

Barely 2-star. Everything looked and felt cheap and broken. No shower curtain so the bathroom flooded. Dirty sheet. Wifi only worked at 6am. Front desk staff rarely there. Cleaners stole food from my room. I wouldn't have let them in but there was no 'do not disturb' sign and I never saw anyone at the front desk to tell them not to clean.

Hôtel très agréable

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à 2 minutes à pied du métro ligne C avec plein de bars et restaurants à proximité. Le personnel est très sympathique et nous a même installé un lit bébé pour notre fille sans que je ne demande. La chambre est grande, propre et bien équipée.

Sejour à la croix rousse

Hotel simple mais confortable, nous avons été surpris par un accueil chaleureux. Malgré la fête sur la place la chambre était parfaitement insonorisée.

Nous y avons passé 3 nuits. L'hôtel est correct, sans plus. Par contre, il est très bien situé pour visiter la ville, proche du métro. Il est très bien insonorisé. Nous avons peu vu les hôtes.

personnel masculin pas concerné par le client, personnel féminin à l'écoute mais démunis de solutions . Nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude . L'hotel n'est pas bien entretenu les locaux ne sont pas très propre malgré me semble t'il une tentative de rénovation récente . Dommage car établissement bien placé dans un quartier agréable .

Hôtel et chambre très propres. Belle vue. Pas de séparation sur le balcon entre la chambre voisine et la mienne. Gênant car les volets ne sont pas sécurisants.
