MiHotel is an interesting concept and reminds me in many ways of staying with an AirBnB. I liked the no contact check in process, I liked just having a code to enter the room as well. Space itself was in a great location and was very stylish, but I found a lot of the physical items/amenities in the room to be disappointing. The WiFi was awful and was not particularly easy to understand. There was a posted WiFi placard with 'login info' that was apparently just inaccurate. Why have a password listed if it isn't accurate? There were a lot of nice amenities provided in the room but they all, just kinda had issues. The oven in the room just didn't work. I eventually called the hotel staff and someone came over and they confirmed it wasn't working and reset a bunch of breakers and eventually got it on. The free movies on the tvs in the room just would not load. I'd put on a movie and it would just be a black screen indefinitely. The washer/dryer combo never actually dried our clothes? they were just slopping wet still and I had to take our wet clothes to a local laundromat to dry them. So great location, nice style but a lot of amenities just not functional.
