This nice and modern 76 sq. m house, on two levels, includes: \- a nice terrace giving on a pleasant garden, \- a nice living room \- 3 bedrooms upstairs with a double bed each, \- a bathroom upstairs with a shower, as well as independent toilets, \- a well equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hot plates, fridge, freezer, dishwasher), \- independent toilets downstairs, \- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment, \- TV, WiFi and fan. \## Welkeys quality Discover the French art of vacation living with Welkeys. \> Before your stay, our Welkeys experts will give you all the information you need for your arrival. The Prequ'Île (Lyon hyper-center) is only 20 minutes away by transports, as well as the famous Tête d'Or park. You'll be close to numerous adresses which will delight you : the restaurants Le Coq et la Mule, Pierre et Marcellin cheese shop, or the bar La Folle Horloge are only a few minutes away.
