“Perfect location for exploring New River Gorge National Park and the surrounding area. Bradly, the host, gave us excellent advice on restaurants and trails in the area.What surprised me most about this ‘Tiny House’ is that it wasn’t tiny at all. There was plenty of room, including a very spacious bathroom. It also included a nice yard with a grill and a fire pit, perfect for making S’mores. When we come back to the area, this will be our goto place to stay. West Virginia is a beautiful State,……

“The cottage was beautiful and clean with easy access to the river. This is the perfect getaway spot for a couple that enjoys the outdoors. John was easy to communicate with and worked us into his schedule for a last mintue guided fishing trip. ”

“For the amount of time I got to enjoy the property (in the area to be in my best friends wedding) it was wonderful!! Loved the cottage and loved the convenience of its location!”

“My family and I had a great stay. It was a very convenient location to the Pinnacle trail head. There was a gas station down the road and a few restaurants/bars within walking distance. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable, overall we had a great stay. Kevin was very responsive and answered all my questions within 24hrs. 🙂 Just some FYIs that are left out of the listing, but not deal breakers for some: -there is no access to the downstairs from the top floor, you have to go outside……
