We had a little mishap with our room at the beginning but was corrected. The infrastructure in the hotel is good, but it's right beside a construction site, so lot's of noise since early in the morning. Our room was across the linen closet, the cleaning ladies were so loud early in the morning as well, so no good sleep at all. The pool needs a good clean, specially where the sunloungers are. Congratulations to the chef, food is amazing at breakfast and dinner buffets. Overall it's a nice hotel. Needs to learn more about what Expedia is, their VIP perks and levels. No one at the reception knew nor heard about Expedia.

Yes, room 402 was very clean and comfortable! Staff was excellent, particularly the English speaking supervisor!! Food was excellent. We had a great time at the Ritz Lagoa Da Anta!!
