“在Lanzarote島體驗舒適的住宿，飯店的管理人非常親切友善，讓人在此住宿有家的感覺，雖然有些小部分不盡理想，但飯店願意協助我們改善舒適的住宿環境，這是萬分感激的地方。早餐也很豐盛。雖然這趟旅程遇到狂風、沙塵暴，無法在泳池欣賞美麗的夕陽景致，如果還有機會希望天氣美好時再去住宿一次。”

“Nos alojamos en la suite 5 y nos encantó: es muy amplia, luminosa y decorada con mucho gusto. Además, tiene acceso directo a la piscina. La limpieza es impecable y todo se ve tal cual aparece en las fotos. El desayuno estaba riquísimo y muy completo, y el personal fue siempre amable y atento. El wifi funciona perfectamente en todas las instalaciones y el Honesty Bar junto a la piscina nos pareció una idea fantástica: puedes servirte cuando te apetezca y pagar después, súper cómodo. “The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The weather wasn’t ideal for swimming but the pool appeared well-maintained. There are some pets on the property. I couldn’t find the Wi-Fi password but I didn’t need it anyway.”

“Nourriture ---- toujours la même chose, le midi hamburger, hot dog et poisson blanc ( toujours le même). Je n ai jamais vu d'activité malgré l affichage. Les dépendances sont plus que vétustes. J avais mon avion à 16h30 mais j ai dû quitter la chambre à midi, lors du check out on coupe le bracelet ce qui fait qu on ne peut pas manger ou boire si on souhaite rester dans l hôtel une ou deux heures supplémentaires. “The accommodation was absolutely superb. It was clean, tidy and everything had thought behind it. The reception staff are incredible and go above and beyond to help and ensure your stay is perfect. We went out a few nights for dinner and we WhatsApp the devotion desk who booked us a taxi (could be tricky flagging one down). The entire stay was perfect and we will definitely be returning. “Overall nice hotell, the property does have some downside when the weather isn't optimal. When it rained there were many windows leaking and it was wet inside several places. The cleaning was good, the staff friendly and were doing their best but the hotel should improve on this. Overall also more senior guests so having wet floors could increase these guests slipping. ”
