Maclab Centre for the Performing Arts

我们住的609房间里电梯很近，晚上电梯运行的噪音很大 影响我们休息。

Staff are always very welcoming. This is my go-to property when I am in town. I usually get a free upgrade; this time I was given a $15.00 voucher to use at Chop. I presented the voucher at payment, my mistake that I didn't look at the final bill but later that day after I left, I realized the waitress never gave me the discount. My curtains also fell down late in the evening in my room, the front desk staff were very accommodating and were able to move me rooms right away. Always enjoy my stay, hopefully next time the wait staff are more attentive when vouchers are provided. They are also doing a renovation; the lobby area was in need of new furniture. It looks great with all the new items they have in there now.

It was a quiet and cozy stay with a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Miles and John we're very helpful with the sign-in process. Will definitely stay again when we're back to Edmonton
