“Had a lovely nights stay - very comfortable bed, lovely size room with everything we could want. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fresh fruits and lots of biscuit in the room which was extremely clean.
Had a great welcoming from the owners on arrival with freshly baked flap jacks and lots of local knowledge shared.
A book regarding the building was also an interesting read.
We had breakfast (optional) which consisted of lots cold options, fresh fruits, juices cereals etc. Then a full range for any……

“As we were attending a family party in central Shrewsbury, we wanted to stay fairly close with parking. The Yak & Yeti was perfect for us: great location - only a short walk over the bridge into town.
We had the most amazing breakfast in the morning - exactly what we needed after a late night out!”

“The Golden Lion was absolutely wonderful and we will stay here again the next time I come to Bridgnorth to visit my musician friends. The room was surprisingly large and bathroom up to date for the historical age of the building. It was very relaxed, they served a lovely traditional UK breakfast and accommodated my gluten free needs as well as flexibility on our check in time due to a rehearsal I had to get to. “Absolutely fabulous stay. The hosts were lovely and personable, perk fast was delicious, and it was so quiet and cozy. Is was a great base to do our first week of exploring. I couldn’t recommend Rob and Jacquie enough, especially if you want somewhere out of the way that takes care of all the littles details. ”
