“I took time to write this review as I was very annoyed at this stay experience and thus took time for emotions to settle down and take time to forget specific names as I did not want people to get affected on individual basis. Definitely not worth the hype created, the vastness and terrain of property makes it difficult to manage despite some effort by staff. The diesel buggies are very inconvenient and bad smelling. The staff at reception was inattentive and caused enormous delay at checkout……

“We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Coorg. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The hotel staff were polite, courteous, and always ready to help.
