“Check-in was easy to do online prior to arrival. When we got to the desk to get our keys, we were told a $100 charge would be placed on our card for incidentals, but would be refunded if there were no issues. I would have liked to have known that ahead of time and would have expected to just have had our "card on file" and not receive a charge to then have it credited it back. Room was ok. The toilet was loose from the floor and rocked when you sat on it. It was reported to the front desk and……

“This was a terrible experience. Avoid this place at all costs. I booked the room and everything was worse than expected and photographed. If you book this hotel then you are doing this at your own risk. The entire hotel has an odor that is wicked. I assume from the carpets. We had to move rooms because a spider was crawling on my son laying in bed and the odor and filth was unbearable. The second room’s odor (BO) was less offensive than the first room. Hairs on the bed and pillowcases. Long……

“I’ve stayed at the property twice in the last few years. It’s perfectly located in downtown with access to lots of great restaurants. The apartment has always been clean and well equipped. And having a dedicated parking space just feet from the door is awesome.”

“I can’t complain overall, the staff was very friendly, my room was clean, the location was very convenient with the airport being basically across the street. Parking was a pain, but that’s only because half of the parking lot was unavailable due to it being resurfaced, it just is what it is and honestly, I appreciate the hotel, taking care of their property including the condition of their parking lot.”

“I made my reservation and paid in advance for my stay MONTHS before my arrival date. Two days before my arrival they cancelled my reservation. I called and talked with the manager who said she would look into it and call me back. I must have sent 3 messages following up and not one was responded to. Left a message saying that since I did not hear from them I would be there on my planned arrival. I was literally traveling all over Canada and the US and my plans were not easy to adjust at that……

“Room was just okay, it was worn in areas and cleanliness was not great.”

“At check-in the room was not cleaned from the last guests, they had to change our room. The bar and restaurant closed way early so we had no food or drinks. On day 2 we planned to spend the morning in the pool. At 10 am I asked the desk for towels for the pool and she gave them to me. We got in then they told us hey the pool is closed for cleaning. Instead of cleaning the pool before open time at 10 am or maybe even overnight they had it closed all morning. It was a really nice place but the……
