The room was quite spacious, and we booked a standard room with a queen-size bed. It was clean, the beds were comfy and the towels were fresh and nice. We had everything we needed in terms of amenities. Plus, the view was absolutely amazing!

Excellent location it is walking distance to restaurants,museo del prado retiro park shopping boutiques, the metro an abscess to taxis any time. the thermostat is preset can change the temperature it was cold at night. Clean room.

The room and shower were a bit small. Everything else was amazing, perfect location, literally across the street from the palace hotel and near the Neptune fountain. The room was super clean, and the AC was great.

Nice room, bit on the smaller side for us but we're from the US so, I get it. But. Incredible location!!!! Prime spot, can't get it better. Would recommend it for couples, friends wanting to share a room. Breakfast boxes are uncluded every morning. Juices, breads cereals, yogurts, pastries, sandwiches in each box. Common area with everything you need to bring your own food and heat up

Great Location!! The room was small but I still got a king bed - tv - and the AC was great ( that was a huge plus - because a lot of stores, or hotels don’t use the AC ) My only complaint was the size of the shower - was tiny and the hand shower was difficult to keep on the holder - but pressure was good! I’ll definitely be back.

While the location is very good. They kind of rest on their laurels. The first morning they simply forgot to leave me a breakfast. And the A/C in my room was only fixed the last day of my stay. The a/c thing has particular relevance as if you pretend to open the window you need to prepare for the whole room plus your stuff to smell like restaurant kitchen as the exhaust of several restaurants downstairs end up deeply affecting you and even your luggage. It is truly a serious issue. Had I known this I would have booked somewhere else. No amount of apologies will fix the messed up nights and the food less morning. I insist the place location is great but there is a severe gap for improvement!

Great “automated” economy hotel - no reception staff, entry by PIN numbers - in a fantastic location if you are in Madrid to see art. Thyssen-Bornemisza is adjacent; main entrance to Prado is across the Neptuno traffic circle. Very much appreciated the free luggage storage lockers which can be accessed until 8pm on day of checkout. Rooms are v compact but with kettle and coffee pod machine; central facilities include a washing machine for laundry and a stove and common seating area.

This is a basic room but the bed was very comfortable. Room had everything we needed and was in a great location. The contactless check in worked great for us because we had just arrived in Spain. I credit Numa for finding that my passport had expired! I did not realize and even the airline did not find this problem when I uploaded passport info to them! Thanks to Numa I was able to get an emergency new passport and was ready to fly on schedule.
