"My husband and I stayed here about three weeks ago for the first five nights of our honeymoon. Rita and the rest of the family were so welcoming and truly went above and beyond. The food (for both breakfast and dinner) was exceptional and some of the best food of our entire trip! Everything was so fresh and delicious. "Das Ferienhaus entspricht exakt den Bildern in der Anzeige. Es ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter ist absolut unkompliziert und er ist sehr bemüht, damit man sich rundherum wohl fühlen kann. Die vielen Möglichkeiten des Campingplatzes, wie Badesee und Hallenbad sind toll. Die Umgebung bietet viele Ausflugsziele im Zillertal. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!"

"Not being able to stop out front to off load luggage was a little inconvenient but after looping sprints 4-5 times we finally found a spot open next door to stop. Room was lovely ! Beds/sheets were great, air conditioning actually worked, great view. Not sure if instant coffee is popular in Europe but our if our 16 hotels on this trip we prepared when there was proper coffee but that’s not a huge deal . Breakfast was great ! Lots offered . Staff was slow and it took forever to get coffees but that’s not a deal breaker. Maybe they should have a self serve machine instead ? We didn’t use the pools but it’s nice they had them. Location was he great . Super easy to walk around old town."

"The apartment was charming, beautifully refurbished. The location was prime, many places to dine, and easily walkable from the train station. Everything worked just fine. Two things downgraded the score from perfect. 1. (on me) we have several pieces of luggage, one extremely heavy, we are seniors, and there is no elevator. I forget that in Europe first floor does not mean ground floor. So factor that in. And 2. During an exchange with a rude cab driver, my checkin/checkout instructions got lost in the nethers of my phone. Staff was quick to respond with help checking in. But despite several requests for them to resend the information, which had many helpful tips as well as possibly checkout instructions, I never got a response. So I hope we checked out appropriately. "

"We have stayed at two hotels since we arrived Austria. This is the best hotel we stayed so far. Clean room and friendly staff. The only thing I would suggest is to have two front desk agents in the morning as many guests were in a rush to check out to catch the flight or train."
