The staff were excellent throughout our stay, always professional, helpful, and genuinely friendly. The overall atmosphere was calm and quiet, with guests clearly there to relax. The diverse clientele also contributed to a very pleasant environment. The pool area is outstanding, with beautiful views and impressive sunsets, and the poolside restaurant is very convenient. The evening restaurant offers a good selection of Thai and international dishes of solid quality. Our room was very clean and spacious enough for the three of us to stay comfortably for a full week, with a large sofa bed for our son. We also appreciated the visible environmental efforts, such as solar panels and recycled water bottles. The free shuttle service is a real advantage, making trips to downtown Chiang Mai easy and stress free despite the remote location. As a long distance runner, I enjoyed running in the area in the cool mornings, although countryside dogs are common outside the resort.
