“Excellent small property, perfect escape right off of Pentz road, great access to Oroville and Chico. It was the perfect break for me. The neighbors were very nice. The bed was almost too comfortable, no complaints just appreciation.”

“Perfect size for two people. Very clean and quiet. Parking is right outside the unit and guest parking is not that far away. We would stay there again.”

“Yes, everything was very nice.”

“Todo muy rico y una buena habitación ”

Watching Sunday Night football was a delight with a charcuterie board and cocktails. Highly recommend”

“Muy amable el personal”

“Nice air con, especially for the Chico heat. In regard to the room, bed, and on suite bath, we were not disappointed in any way. ”

“El calefactor eta bi3n y desayuno no ofrecen ”
