"Absolutely amazing property and staff. The amenities are awesome- complimentary breakfast, evening snack, and popcorn with multiple food options. Pool is great and great accommodating hours. They also have a pool area bar for drinks, and food to purchase., along with a market with a wide variety of selections including Pizza Hut on the go. "We loved the property, the view of the volcano from our room and the convenience of the park shuttles and walkway to Volcano Bay. We will return and recommend this property."

"For the price, it was pretty good! Perfect location for Universal-which they shuttle to! We usually ubered home as we usually close down the park. The beds were comfortabe, the AC cold, and free breakfast! Will definitely be back!"
