Very helpful staff especially the reception staff David Nice air conditioning but the room has some stains and marks at the bottom of the wall although the hotel is new

The rooms were spacious, elegant and clean. Modern design, and quiet. The location was a 2 minute walk from Santa Lucia train station. It cancels the need for expensive water taxi, or crowded vaporetto, or labored walking with heavy luggage through narrow streets, up and down the steps of the bridges , to get to the hotel. It was hassle- free, and quite convenient for us, as we arrived by train from Rome. From the hotel, it is a leisurely walk to… anywhere, including St. Mark’s Basilica. This hotel has a beautiful zen- like lush green garden, where our group would meet up before exploring, and where we would wind down at night. We would get drinks by the bar next to it. Breakfast is included and it was quite good: bacon, sausage, spinach quiche, eggs, roasted vegetables ( potatoes, egg plant), yogurts, toast, tray of different cheeses, salad station, sweets station( chocolate croissants were soft and delicious, some brownies, pie slices, cookies), juice, coffee, still water and sparkling water. There was indoor and outdoor sitting. Gelato and crepe shop right next door! I highly recommend this hotel and this is where we will stay when we return to Venice. Only one con: no iron and ironing board.

We stayed here after we had just had a 10 day cruise with my husband and his parents. They had a lot of bags and the location was perfect as we didn’t have to drag the bags very far! The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and the location was perfect for exploring Venice. Perfect!

We went to Venice at the end of April and stayed in the Hotel Villa Viridia! The best hotel that we ever stay! Everything is new and fresh. Stuff very helpful and attentive. Definitely, will stay again.

Our stay was amazing! The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Not only did they offer to book restaurant reservations for us in the city at the last minute, they also called and took care of the water taxi for our arrival at the airport early the next morning. They had breakfast ready earlier than normal to accommodate us. The hotel itself is beautiful, centrally located with amazing views. The staff went above and beyond and we will be happy to return in the future.
