Luxury Villa Marconica***** is designed to ensure the perfect comfort and relaxation of its guests. It is located just a few steps from the pebble beach. The villa is a part of a double facility, with its own private pool and garden.

Luxury Villa Marconica is equipped with all the technical facilities you may need (WiFi, air conditioning, satellite TV, floor heating) and is divided into two floors. It has a total of 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and exit to its own balcony. It is ideal for accommodating 8 persons. 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor and one is located on the ground floor. A living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, is located on the ground floor overlooking the pool and the sea. The villa is beautifully decorated and designed in a way that you can enjoy the view of the surroundings from every corner of the villa.

The open-plan living room is connected with a terrace, just a few steps from the pool, where you can relax and sunbathe. On the terrace with a beautiful sea view there is a table for eight persons and an outdoor kitchen where you can prepare meals on the grill.
