My check in experience was very poor. I had a $600.00 a night Suite and I was unable to check in until 4:20pm. If I hadn't made an issue about it, I am not sure when it would have been ready. I talked to the manager on duty and expressed my dissatisfaction. She was not the least bit apologetic but instead she only made excuses. The communication was very poor. For hotel of this caliber the last thing you would expect is excuses. The rest of my stay was most enjoyable.

This unique property was very spacious, clearly new construction with new furniture. I stayed here with 4 girl friends and although there was only 1 bathroom, there was 2 sink areas with a mirror and a full length mirror. This made getting ready for the day very easy. The staff was easily available via text or call and immediately replied to all requests. There is a coffee shop and bar on site. We did not get to try the bar but it looked cute. The coffee shop was very good and offered small breakfast items and mimosas as well! The location is ideal near downtown Nashville but away from all the noise of Broadway. We had a wonderful stay all in all. Would recommend 10/10.
