“The front desk people were very nice. However at check in we learned someone tried to call us about our reservation but we had no messages. No big deal. The first room we were put looked like maybe it was a work in progress for renovations, no privacy curtains on the window, shower broke. 2nd room kitchen wasn't very clean, fridge and stove rusty shower tub was either stained with grim or just dirty. Bed was clean and comfortable but very firm. Probably wouldn't stay here again. ”

“Suites are beautiful. Property gorgeous. Terrace wasn’t yet open but courtyard was lovely. Conveniently walkable to shopping, restaurants and bars. Parking safe (and pricey) in garage. Room’s spacious. Toiletries & bathrobes lux. Uber an easy ride into Downtown. Stayed comfortably with elderly parents. Staff very friendly and helpful.”

“It was a good stay at the hotel. The breakfast time can be a little bit longer, by an hour.”

“The room is very clean and comfortable. The communication is excellent. However, if you are a light sleeper, it’s pretty loud with the interstate close by. ”

“Unfriendly staff at the front desk. Juice machine broken. Wiggly faucet. Wiggly toilet seat. Smelled like pot outside which then you could smell inside, and the room was non-smoking. All around crap place!!”

“The surrounding area does not seem well populated but the hotel was beautifully renovated. The interior was very good. Newly updated, clean room, clean halls and lobby. Staff was hard working but did not all seem pleased with their job. Breakfast was clean and fresh food. There was very low protein choices, very high carb choices, juice but no fresh fruit. Stall showers, plenty of soap and shampoo. No way to warm the shower room which got cold with the air conditioning. Staff did not speak……

“Breakfast was good- included several options. Room was pretty clean, but did find hair in bathroom, bottle cap on side of bed and ahor in bathroom vanity drawer. Front desk staff was amazing!!!”

“The hotel was awesome and staff were great. But EXPEDIA screwed me over by saying I would get free wifi and breakfast. I did not and for 400$ Can a night that was very disappointing. Will not use expedia again.”

“Under construction,,,lots of noise, Pool was green and the breakfast was muffins and old fruit. Staff was not very friendly and the rooms were lacking supplies. Will not stay there again. I would like some compensation for the pool and breakfast that were not what we expected. It was 80* degrees and we wanted to swim ,”

“Our room could have used a little more TLC. It was clean but the outlets in the bathroom did not work and the rubber on the bottom shower door needed to be replaced. Other than that, the room was very comfortable. Check in went very smoothly and we enjoyed our stay. ”

“Lots of nice restaurants within easy walking distance. Only knock was too many sports teams booked the same place and kids were partying all night. Which resulted in no sleep. So I doubt I ever stay here again.”
