I had a very nice stay. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with lots of variety. Loved the nightly entertainment at the bar. Room had a kitchenette and was clean and comfortable. The only issue was that the mattress felt poor quality and sunk in significantly. Aside from this, everything else was excellent.

The hotel is a little dated in the common areas and very noisy as you can hear people in the hallways and slamming doors at all hours. Despite that, the patio off the rooms was really nice and so was the pool area. The little kitchenette was convenient, the room was clean and had a nice little sitting area to relax. The internet connection was very strong. It is close to the beach and a few restaurants making the location ideal as it was far enough away from the party areas of the town that it was peaceful and quiet while still being very walkable to attractions. The beds were a little hard and the pillows could have been better but overall I'd stay again.

Nice clean aparthotel, close to beach (beach loungers not too expensive @ 6.50 ea), shops & restaurants. Friendly staff. Free parking on road & lots of places to visit nearby. Very picturesque location.

At the entrance, not all employees are friendly. During our stay, there was a rotation of 3 employees and we found one of them not at all friendly. We had booked halbboard for the 10 days we stayed. I have 2 kids age 10 and 8. The boys are very well behaved. On the 3rd night, the boys came out of the pool, they were hungry, so i thought it was ok to have them get started their meal. They went into the restaurant, and got yelled at and kicked out of the restaurant by the supervisor. The reason being, my second son dropped few fries (when i say few, it was less than 10 pieces) on the floor while getting ketup on his plate. First of all, i have to say, the ketup is not easy to grab by children and second of all, the plate were very slippery even for adults. He had to hold his plate in an angle to get the ketup. Both boys came crying/running to us and were really embrassed for being yelled at by so many people. I was very upset and went the restaurant supervisor to ask him why he yelled at my kids. They should have simply talked to the parents. While i was talking to the supervisor, a waiter said your kids, put their fingers onto the food, to which i replied, my kids will never touch food with their fingers, even at home. They are very hygienic esp after the Covid phase. Anyways, the point is, i found the restaurant very unfriendly. I have seen other kids during breakout without parents supervision. And they never got kicked out or no one said something to them.

Dobra lokalizacja hotelu, jest położony blisko plaży i przystanku komunikacji publicznej, łatwo wszędzie dojechać. Hotel jak na trzy gwiazdki jest ładny. Plaża jest fajna.

Personeel is erg kundig en hulpvaardig, het eten was verassend goed voor een drie sterre nhotel. De accommodatie doet soms wat gedateerd aan, er mag zeker in de bedden gei vesteerd worden. Ook zijn de slaapbanken zijn erg hard.

Mycket prisvärt boende med toppenläge i Alcudia
Vi är mycket nöjda med boendet. Hotellet ligger mycket nära den väldigt fina stranden. Vi hade halvpension till ett mycket bra pris. Frukosten var utmärkt. Middagen varierade i kvalitet men det fanns alltid något vi gillade. Vi hade balkong som hade sol hela dagen, precis som vi efterfrågat. Bekväma sängar. Bäddsofforna inte så bekväma, men fungerade för barnen att sova i. Poolerna var mycken kalla i slutet av oktober, men vi hade fint väder och kunde bada i havet. Personalen var mycket vänlig och tillmötesgående! Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Absolutt helt ok opphold
Helt greit hotel. Renhold var helt ok. God plass. Kjøkken fungerte fint. Rolig nabolag uten trafikk. Litt kaldt om natten nå i oktober og ingen varme fra ventilasjon. Men ikke krise. Seng var litt slitt i madrass og grunnstomme men sov godt. Trivelig personale. Noe dyr frokost buffet på tidspunktet. Nær til strand ca 5 min å gå. Parkering i gaten, mye ledigt nå i oktober.

Lækkert sted
Mega lækkert sted, tæt på strand, busstop, indkøb. All inclusive er i top. Meget venligt og hjælpsom personale, værelser og rengøring også fint. Eneste minus er larm fra elevator om natten når man bor tæt på den.
