“Excellent all-inclusive stay for our honeymoon. Staff and service were amazing. We used the beach everyday and beach had amazing service. Food was excellent and i recommend making reservations for the different restaurants as they book up fast. We liked the asian and greek restaurants the best. Just note, this hotel is a bit far from the port of rhodes. Overall, great honeymoon and would easily stay here again.”

“Beautiful hotel with very friendly and polite staff. The property was spotless and cleaning staff in evidence around the hotel throughout the day. Clean room with balcony and sea view. Wonderful shower although the cubicle itself was not particularly big. A large choice for breakfast, though the same choice available every day of our stay. Beautiful pool and bar area and cabanas on the beach. Very slippy rocks to gain entrance to the sea, a safer walkway would help. We really enjoyed our stay……

The biggest issue is the gap between the luxury ultra all inclusive 5 star image in the marketing and the reality. No single problem was major, but together they created an experience that never matched expectations. “The service in the hotel was excellent, the best I've experienced in Europe and rivals what you get in the USA. I have a severe food allergy, but it was no issue whatsoever eating here. “The best parts of this hotel is the great selection of breakfast, infinity pool with a gorgeous view and the comfy sun loungers and beds in the rooms. Cons: The direct beach access isn’t a nice beach or worthwhile visiting. The bar of an evening could be better service with better entertainment for a better atmosphere. Same with around the pool it would be great if there was an outdoor bar/ more people around serving for drinks/food. You have to get a taxi to Lindos Town which costs 12 euros……

“Overall the stay was enjoyable but there were a few things that could be better... 1. We reported the cupboard door to our fridge being broken. They came to repair it but it fell off again the next day. 2. There isn't really anywhere quiet to sit in an evening except your bedroom. The music is blaring inside and out, making it difficult to relax. It is so loud that the staff cannot her that people are blasting music by the pool after 11pm, making it difficult to sleep if you're on that side of……

“More like a 3.5 than a 5*. Overall property was clean but the Cleaning staff was a bit difficult and did not clean our room properly on both days. Not many food options or shall i say good options for vegetarians/ vegan. Reception staff is overall nice and friendly but can be selective with their behaviour at times. ”
