“Front desk is very friendly and helpful.”

“My family and I recently stayed at this hotel property for one night while on a road trip. We checked in on a Saturday night and checked out on Sunday morning. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, despite the fact that it was the 4th of July and fireworks were being shot off nearby. The front desk staff member took a little while to get us checked in, but it was because he was training a new staff member. I can't comment on the breakfast since we didn't try it, but it was a decent stay……

“This hotel has an excellent location. 5 minutes to the zoo, right next to some shopping and only a 10 minute drive to walmart. The pool was quite large making it easy to spread out from guests with different intentions for pool use. This place is very oddly built. It has either had poorly designed remodels or was an odd design from the beginning. Each room has an individual a/c unit but most of them exhaust to the hallway or the pool courtyard(indoors). So the halls were very very warm. It was……

“這次來住宿四晚，基本上這是提供一個簡單的房間，有冰箱、微波爐、瓦斯爐跟電視機。沒有提供個人清潔用品，如牙刷、沐浴乳等，衛生紙只有兩捲。簡單講，把它當作是民宿一部份應該不為過。每天不會清潔房間，除非您提出需要，再付一點費用就會幫您清潔，如果住一個星期以上的話，建議每星期打掃一次。 整體環境算是乾淨，靠交流道進，所以要去其他地方逛或是吃飯算是很方便，但是步行很難，基本上都要開車出去或是租Uber/Lyft等。 如果要便宜，這是一個好選擇，但是如果要享受住宿服務跟清潔的話，可能要多付一點錢去市區的高級飯店。”

“Very clean and great breakfast. Room was already cold walking in. Some hotels are hot when you arrive and takes forever to cool down when AC is turned on. The hotel is placed in a prime location surrounded by restaurants and Walmart was close by. Excellent stay”

“For short visit it is good enough, toliet is clean already good for me, room is big The carpet outside the room is stinky, they need to work on it. Location is good, 10 mins to CHI Health Center”

“Room was very clean and staff was super friendly. Great location - right across the street from a gas station and the casino! Breakfast was good but it ended at 9 am. A little early for us. The TV wasn’t great.”
