Convenient location, can walk to stores and restaurants, and the Riverwalk is right there. No breakfast but had coffee and flavorings as well as granola bars, oranges for a quick bite in the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

This little hotel was nicely located right downtown by all the shops. The room was clean and the bed was perfectly squishy. They had granola bars, random packaged treats and coffee in the morning. Only real negative thing is the parking. They do not have any assigned parking spots right next to the hotel. It’s all street parking or a few blocks up hill in a lot.

Location is perfect as it’s right downtown and easy to walk everywhere. Nice to be right on the river. Very basic room with basic amenities. The amount of time we actually spent at the hotel, it was perfect for us as everything was walking distance. Nowhere to park so had to park in a public lot across the street or on the road, so parking is limited and could be an issue. Their personal lot for the hotel is closed. Overall, basic hotel, basic amenities, great location.

Super friendly staff, the most comfortable hotel bed, quiet/clean inside the rooms, & very convenient location!! Their parking is under construction, but had no problem finding parking on the street. Would definitely stay there again.

Parking was awful, street parking only and there were NO convenient spaces. Room was alright, clean. Coffee pot was kinda gross, wasn’t brave enough to use it. Bed was WAY too soft, beware if you have back issues and need a firm mattress. No pool, but decent access to the river walk…. not a great choice if you have littles. Not at all a bad choice, but honestly, you can do better for the price.

When they say 3:00 check in they mean it. We arrived at 2:00 to see if we could check in early. There was no one to talk to. We called the # posted at the front desk but it went right to voicemail. When we returned around 3:00 a very nice staff person was there. Our room was very clean, bed comfortable but dated, carpet needs replacing, air conditioning worked well. We liked being downtown & the River Walk. Due to city construction projects we found it difficult to find parking.
