"We called days in advance to ask about the shuttle, and request to book it. We were told there was absolutely no need to reserve ahead, and that we could just catch the shuttle on the day of. When we arrived on the day of, we were told the shuttle was already full and there was nothing they could do. Left us stuck and forced to spend a fortune on Uber. It was impossible to sleep because something in the room was making a high-pitched buzzing sound and a ticking/knocking noise all night. We informed staff and they did not even apologize. Just said "thanks for letting us know." We were looking forward to a good night's rest, seeing as we paid a lot for a "high-end" hotel. Instead we had to drive 3 hours home on no sleep. The bed is also uncomfortable and the pillows are horrible - not one pillow on the bed had any support. Pools are the most complicated and difficult to get to I've ever experienced in a hotel. They close at 9:45 p.m. on a Friday night, which is crazy. And the hot tub only has jets on the seat so they literally all point at your rear end and not a single jet can aim at your back. Really awful experience overall."
