“The apartment was clean and comfortable. However, the area was less than ideal. Parking was not on site as listed. Instead, it was across the street at the grocery store (limited hours) or half a block away at a hotel. It was easy enough to park but not as expected when the listing showed on site parking. The location was about a mile from downtown Ottawa. The apartment was right next to a community center and the walk into downtown involved passing a lot of homeless people and sadly several……
