"We got into our accommodation with ease. However, the pictures and the description did not match the actual accommodation. There were bugs in the bathroom. The place was filthy. Dirty washcloth in the shower. A big puddle in the kitchen, the fridge was leaking. Mold in the bedroom windows and in the shower. We had no where else to stay so we had to sleep there. But it was extremely uncomfortable. "

"Sam went out of his way to greet us and bring our luggage up to the apartment while I found a parking spot down at the Days Inn. He also came quickly to look at an issue with the heater. Unfortunately it was not fixed and a fan was coming on and off every 12 seconds. Two nights of bad sleep. Apartment had everything we needed, it just needs some upgrading."

"Rooms were clean, check in was good. Had a bad stay as a result of other guess up till 3am parting loudly in the room next to ours. Expressed our concerns to the front desk but nothing was resolved. I think this hotel is aging quickly and needs up grades. The walls are paper thin and you can hear even the softer noises at night. When people feel they can party all night it is quit overwhelming. "
