The listing explicitly says, per the VRBO guidelines, that you have the whole house and only share with your family. “Beautiful view. We stayed for three night's in August during a heat wave. 95 every day. The pool was clean and refreshing. Lake Leamy is clear and beautiful. Just ten minutes away. The view of the river is excellent with the Catholic church St. Francis DeSales in the distance.”

“Although we brought our toddler's old Nuna to sleep in, there was room to place the Vrbo mattress on the floor to use as a toddler bed. If your child needs darkness to sleep, I recommend bringing blackout curtains because the store light from across the street is fairly bright. If you have a mobile toddler, bring a pressure mounted baby gate for the basement entrance in-between the kitchen and living room.
