Simple place but has everything you could need and a great price. Great location, easy to walk into the main city center. Good bed, easy access, good shower, clean. I would definitely recommend if you're trying to vacation on a budget but don't want to be in a hostel.

We had a fantastic day. The apartment is located just a short walk from Waiake Beach - in fact, you can go out the back gate, stroll past the sailing club and you’re right there. The apartment itself is presented with modern decor and has everything you need for your stay, right down to the complementary tea, coffee, Milo and cookies. Lovely outlook over the reserve, huge bed in the master bedroom, spa bath in the bathroom, great communication from our hosts… really hard to fault anything about our experience. Thanks so much, and we hope to stay with you again some time in the future.

Good easy airport handy accommodation. Our airport shuttle pick up was seamless and the room was clean and comfortable.

The location with shops and restaurants were perfect and the train station a 1 min walk. The was very nice and up to a high standard. I had some friends who lived in nearby condos to check it out because if they have family coming for visit, it was a great place to put them up or if a large family, they move into this place. The constructive comment, it rain hard the other night and as you walk from the car park and enter on the left side, the rain gutters in the left-side on the smaller building needs to be checked out because it was full running over the top. This would be an easy fix and not a major issue. I have no problems recommending this place.

Desk staff were outstanding. Some bar staff could have showed a bit more enthusiasm. Food was great.
