The gentleman who checked me in was extremely nice and friendly.

Hospitality was great. The staff were nice and provided us with everything we asked for. They made us feel at home and welcomed our grandchildren that we came to visit. We will definitely stay there again.

The only elevator in the hotel was out on our second night stay. We had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs that night and the next morning with our luggage, which was OK, even though we are 65 and 71 years old. We understand mechanical things go out. The bad thing, starting at 5:30am, we heard the banging of the stairway door opening and closing continuously as guests were going in and out of the hotel since our room was next to the stairway exit and the elevator read still not working. We wish the hotel would have realized many guests would be using the stairway and put a door stop in the stairway door to prop the stairway door open for all the guests to come and go without banging the heavy stairway door, especially for guests in rooms next to the stairway door. We might have been able to get a few hours more sleep.

It was nice and clean. The only downsize was the pool. The chlorine was way too strong and it bleach our swimsuit

Great location. Could use more lighting in the bathroom. Very dark. Reasonably quiet. Don’t really understand the $. 100.00 damage deposit swing how they have the credit card you used. You have to wait 4 days to get that back on your CC.
